Lorraine Perrons is a passionate advocate for those affected by gambling harm. As a mother of two adult sons, Lorraine
draws from her personal experience as an affected other to shine a light on the profound and often overlooked impact
gambling harm has on families. Transforming her own journey of challenge into a mission of healing, Lorraine is now a
qualified therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by gambling harm, navigate the path to recovery and
emotional restoration. Lorraine has extensive business management experience, including 18 years in the NHS. During the
Covid-19 pandemic, she trained as a Rapid Transformational Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, which sparked her
commitment to providing therapeutic support for individuals affected by gambling harm. Lorraine has since deepened her

and address the root causes of their struggles, whether they are the individuals battling excessive gambling or loved ones
affected by gambling harm. Lorraine is an active member of the National Forum for Affected Others in the UK, where she
contributes her insights to help raise awareness and improve support networks for families impacted by gambling harm. She
has also spoken of her lived experience story at local and national events. Her holistic approach combines therapeutic tools

their healing journey with care, understanding, and hope.
